These standards apply to the processing of natural rubber in block form (crumb) from liquid latex and rubber plantation complex as cup slump, lace latext and size
Weight and size natural rubber
Natural rubber in block form (crumb) is pressed into rectangular bales with weight and size specified as follows: 670mm x 330mm x 170mm and weighing 33.33 kg or 35 kg ± 5%.
Technical requirements
Specification natural rubber blocks must conform to the limits specified required as follows:

Packaging, labeling, transportation & storage
Rubber bales wrapped in fresh clean bags made of low density PE.
Specification of PE is as follows:
- Thickness: 0.03 to 0.04 mm
- The maximum melting point: 109oC
- Specification: 1000 x 580 mm
PE bags of rubber bales are then closed by heat seal , crated in wooden pallets of 36 bales in 06 floors , according to the sizes of pallets : 1425 x 1100 x 930 mm or 1425 x 1100 x 1067mm.
NOTED :
Other packages can be arranged , depending on the agreement between the Seller and the Buyer.
Labels must be printed of stipulation on a sheet of PE , to be put in the middle of PE which wrapped the bales , the label must covered both main surfaces of the bales , the details as follows: Catalog code standards (TCVN -3769-2004). The name of the manufacturer, bale weight, name of prdouct .
SVR should be kept in the warehouse roof, dry and cool, and be protected from direct sunlight, rain, dirt, insects and prevent from impact , collapse during storage and transport and unloading.
